We are pleased to provide our in-house attorney to assist with the collection of delinquent dues before it becomes necessary to take further legal action.  We have been very successful in saving our associations money spent on collection services that would otherwise be necessary in order to collect delinquent dues.  This service is completely optional to our associations.
