GAVIN A. COBB, CPA; PRESIDENT, C.E.O Prior to becoming the owner and president of Heritage Property Management, Gavin worked for a Big Four Accounting firm, specializing in real estate. He has also served as the Director of Real Estate for a publicly-traded company. Gavin’s strong financial background has been a tremendous benefit to his clients; his professional and "hands-on" approach has enabled him to respond immediately to the needs of Heritage's clients.
Gavin is a licensed Real Estate Broker and a member of the Community Association Institute and has extensive experience in the management of homeowner associations. Gavin has recently completed his term as President of the Board of Directors of the Community Association Institute of Georgia. This is the leading organization for people in the Community Association Industry. It includes Property Managers, Attorneys, Vendors, Bankers and others working for professionalism in executing their respective duties for the numerous covenant-controlled associations in our state and in the nation. This is recognition of his leadership and respect within the industry. Gavin received his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin and a Master in Taxation from Georgia State University. |

RUBIN R. COBB, ESQUIRE; EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT Rubin "Roy" is a licensed attorney and a member of the Georgia Bar. He has over 40 years of real estate law experience, specializing in the areas of landlord/tenant relations and property management. In addition to his legal background, Roy has many years of hands-on property management experience through his involvement in family-owned real estate. Roy received a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Laws with a Higher Diploma in Tax Law from the University of Witwatersrand, South Africa. |

JAY PLOTKIN, EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT, C.O.O. Jay Plotkin came to Heritage after relocating to Atlanta from Miami, Florida. Jay has over 30 years of residential management experience relating to the successful operation of apartments, hotels and large luxury condominium projects. Past experiences and positions include: Managing Director, Grove Isle Condominium, Coconut Grove, FL. Director of Operations for 15 condominium associations on Fisher Island, FL. MORRIS ZOBLOTSKY, VICE PRESIDENT, DIRECTOR OF ACCOUNTING PROPERTIES After 40 years of experience as an executive in retail and wholesale environments, Morris has developed an extensive background in customer service and internal operations. Morris takes pride in fostering a sense of intensity, accuracy and passion to the Heritage Property Management team. His oversight of Marketing brings a high quality of service to our clients as evidenced by our customer retention rate. Morris is an alumnus of University of Texas where he received his degree in Business Administration. |

PAUL A. GWYN, DIRECTOR OF CONSTRUCTION AND MAINTENANCE SERVICES, HERITAGE CONSTRUCTION AND MAINTENANCE COMPANY Prior to joining Heritage Property Management in 1999, Paul ran the Atlanta division for a Chicago-based residential home improvement contractor. He also has extensive experience in construction supervision, procurement and general maintenance. Paul supervises the maintenance staff and acts as a liaison between the property manager and the property in order to ensure that all necessary repairs are made to the client's satisfaction. |

ANNETTE RHYMER, DIRECTOR OF HUMAN RESOURCES Annette Rhymer came to Heritage Property Management with a solid background in property management and customer service. She worked in the financial service industry for three years as a customer service training coach and then she worked in the field of apartment management for seven years before joining Heritage. Annette served Heritage as the Director of Administrative Services before taking on her role as the Director of Human Resources. |

TOM GARREAU, CONTROLLER Tom, a CPA, has extensive experience in accounting and auditing which he gained when he was in the banking and financial institutions industry. In his over 20 years in that arena, he became well versed in real estate and matters that also demanded a great deal of customer service satisfaction. This experience also gives Tom a strong background in operations, collection activities and administration as well. |

ALISON LEVI COPENHAVER, DIRECTOR OF CORPORATE INITIATIVES AND PROPERTY TRANSITIONS Alison Levi Copenhaver has served in various positions including Portfolio Manager and Director of Closing Department where she streamlined procedures and increased productivity. She was recently promoted, this time to Director of Corporate Initiatives and Property Transitions. As Director of Corporate Initiatives, she manages all business projects and is responsible for seeking out cost-effective programs for the Associations and HPM. Alison negotiates with vendors throughout Atlanta to consolidate and build purchasing programs to better serve those communities that Heritage manages. As Director of Property Transitions she assimilates new properties into the Heritage family. Alison brings a high level of professionalism and dedication to the company. |

TOM MALETIC, DIRECTOR OF HIGH-RISE PROPERTY Tom Maletic is responsible for the development of property management programs targeted for the expanding high-rise condominium markets. He has served in the role of Property Manager for high-rise buildings and has over twenty-five years of executive-level operations experience in organizational consulting and has led management teams in large-scale organizational transformations, consolidations, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and turnarounds. Prior to joining Heritage, Tom was a Principal with Harborplace Consulting and was a Director with KPMG LLP specializing in business integration of acquisitions and mergers. Tom received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. |

JASON HUNSUCKER, DIRECTOR OF ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES Jason Hunsucker came to Heritage Property Management with a solid background in retail administration and small business administration. He graduated from Georgia State University with a degree in Urban Planning and Economic Development. He went on to develop a successful sign and graphic company, before selling to his business partner. Jason started with Heritage as a property assistant and was promoted to Director of Administrative Services. |

ROBIN STEINKRITZ CMCA, AMS, PCAM; DIRECTOR OF MARKETING In 2005, Robin moved to Atlanta after years of Community Management in the Washington DC area. He brings with him extensive experience in the management of condominiums, townhomes, homeowner associations and high-rise communities. Robin has proven to be a staunch supporter of CAI (Community Association Institute) "America's advocate for responsible communities", by winning the prestigious award for excellence in membership presented by CAI. Robin recently received to the 2009 National Recruiter of the Year award from CAI. He is an active member of both the education and membership committees within CAI. He is currently serving as a APCM Director for CAI. Prior to Community management, Robin received his CHA designation as a Certified Hotel Administrator. He is a graduate of Park University in Kansas City, Missouri. |

FRED JONES, DIRECTOR OF ACCOUNTING Fred Jones came to Heritage Property Management in 2008 with an extensive background in accounting operations and customer service. He acquired this experience after spending over 13 years in the hotel industry. Fred is responsible for running the day to day accounting operations of the company. He received his Bachelors Degree in Accounting from Howard University in Washington, D.C., and a Masters of Business Administration Degree from the University of Texas at Austin.

We have 50 property managers who are responsible for the day-to-day operation of the associations they manage. They are experienced at efficiently and effectively serving the needs of their clients. Our property managers are fully supported by our administrative assistants. In addition, each property manager is assigned to a dedicated accounting associate. Our unique team approach ensures thorough knowledge and timely responses to our clients.
Compensation of our property managers is directly related to client retention - creating a sense of ownership for their job performance. Heritage enjoys one of the highest retention rates in the industry. |
