Atlanta GA – Gavin Cobb was recently highlighted as one of the 100 key people opening doors in Atlanta’s housing industry. Gavin is President and CEO of Heritage Property Management, which employs 130 people and manages more than 55,000 units within 300-plus community associations throughout Georgia. Prior to Heritage, he worked as a tax accountant with a Big Four CPA firm specializing in real estate. Gavin has also served as a board member of the Community Association Institute’s Georgia chapter, including serving as its president in 2006. He was instrumental in instituting the Managers Education Committee, which offers continuing education opportunities to community association managers. Largest Condominium Association in Georgia Selects Heritage

Atlanta GA – Effective May 1, 2011, Heritage Property Management Services will serve as the management company for Cross Creek Condominium Association, a 936 Unit condominium community.
Cross Creek is a gated community spread across 122 acres of prime, in-town forest. This community combines a peaceful setting with an array of amenities and services, which includes an 18-hole par three golf course with on-site golf pro, tennis courts, and 3 swimming pools. The main clubhouse includes a health club, lounge and restaurant/banquet facilities that offer both inside and covered-deck seating overlooking Cross Creek pond and the golf course. EDGE allows Homeowners, Board members, Association Managers and service providers to communicate quickly and efficiently with real time property information and effective management and accounting services. EDGE provides Homeowners with direct access to their current accounts and access to documents and forms for processing important association business.

2010 Produces Strong Growth for Heritage

Atlanta GA - Heritage Property Management announced that new associations managed by the company grew by over 10% for the 12 month period in 2010. This increase was spurred by associations seeking Heritage's experience in their management and in dealing with cash flow problems.
The sluggish economy has created a need for improved cash collection processes and Boards of Directors are anxious to find better systems for collecting delinquent monies and reducing operating expenses. Heritage assists communities in developing realistic alternatives to collecting past due assessments from Homeowners.
