Heritage Construction & Maintenance Company (HCMC) was created to serve the needs of and to help ensure a timely response to maintenance requests at properties both managed by Heritage Property Management Services and those that we have built outside relationships with.  The company has evolved to also service individual homeowners whose maintenance and construction concerns are not covered by their community association.  HCMC has a fleet of service vehicles equipped with GPS internet tracking and an office support staff with LIVE Dispatch/Schedule Software.  Services offered include:
