Calendar of Events

Life’s busy, but there’s always something new to learn. At Heritage, we’re committed to providing all the essential tools to help ensure that homeowners and Board members have ample opportunity to learn about their community. Whether you’re a newly elected Board member (congrats!) or you’re a homeowner who’d like to know more about how community budgets work, we have the educational courses to help! Throughout the year, we provide complimentary classes on a variety of topics, all hosted by professionals in their fields. As of now, we currently offer our events online via Microsoft Teams Live.

The Georgia Chapter of CAI (CAI-Georgia) is a large chapter with more than 830 active members, including business partners, homeowner leaders and over 430 manager members representing more than 43 management companies. The CAI-Georgia Chapter is dedicated to enhancing the quality of community association living through education, legislative advocacy and professional development.
