Volunteering to serve on as an elected representative on the Board is an act of service to your community, and we applaud your commitment to the betterment of your Association. Code of Conduct
While there is no requirement for Code of Conduct agreements in the state of Georgia, agreeing to abide by certain standards while serving on the Board often helps facilitate positive communication and problem-solving between fellow members and homeowners at large.

Heritage University
We offer regularly schedule, online learning events in partnership with local professionals in their field to bring you updates & resources to make your community experience even better! While Heritage University is open to anyone who lives in or wishes to learn more about community associations, we always encourage Board members to attend or view previous classes for further education!
